SHIPPING:
It is Shepherdlambs' priority to give you the best possible product and service at the most reasonable price. This why we have given you so many choices in shipping. All shipping charges are live feeds from both USPS and UPS. Their are no markups for shipping. All pricing is set by either USPS or UPS, not us. Parcel Post will be your least expensive, but may take a few extra days to get their.
Prior to completing your checkout you are able to calculate your shipping cost in each of the categories listed. This enables you to choose the best shipping price to your area.

It is Shepherdlambs' priority to ship your order within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders will be processed and shipped Monday thru Friday, 9:00AM to 4:00PM EST. No Holiday shipping is available. Any free shipping policies apply to items shipped in the Continental United States only.

All order status is done through e-mail. It is important that you are accurate and current with your information.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
ShepherdLamb is happy to exchange or refund any item that is flawed or does not fit within 30 days of the date of purchase. All items must be unused and in re-sellable condition. Please include a copy of the invoice with your return, the item being returned and the reason for the return.
If an item is flawed or defective we will credit or exchange the item as soon as we receive it. A credit to your original credit card will be made for your cost of return shipping, as well as the item as soon as we receive that item back.
Their will be no credit for shipping to those items that are returned for the wrong size. If you are requesting a different style or size please check for availability on our website.
Return items are to be shipped to the address below. It is advised that you use a delivery vendor that has tracking capabilities or delivery conformation.

Refunds are to be issued to the original credit card for the cost of the item and sales tax, if applicable as soon as we receive the item. We will not refund shipping charges on refunded merchandise.
Exchanges may take up to 10 business days to process and ship. The difference in price will be charged/credited to the original credit card. New shipping charges will be added.
